M1200 makes every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Sometimes things just don't click — we get it. If your item isn't quite what you expected, send it back to us within 14 days of receiving the item, and we'll be happy to assist with an exchange or refund.

So go ahead and shop with confidence, knowing that if it's not quite right, we've got your back. To qualify for an exchange or refund, all we ask is that the following guidelines be met:

• All returns must be received within 14 days of date received.

• Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition. Including tags, boxes, casing, etc. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.

• Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.

• Please note, we do not accept refunds on any sale item(s) or discounted items during promotional periods unless they are faulty. We will exchange the item for something of the same value, from the same season.
