By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

  • By placing an order at M1200, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents permission to buy from us.

  • All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by M1200 as responsible for the personal information.

  • Events outside M1200’s control shall be considered force majeure.

  • The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.

  • Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase.

  • Please note that local charges may occur. 

  • M1200 reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.

  • There's no restock for sold-out pieces. The product images shown on the page are simply illustrative. 

Returns & Exchanges:
All of your artworks are custom printed to order each and every time. For this reason we cannot accept returns, exchanges or change of mind as MC Lupo does not hold stock. 

Shipping
Please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs. The payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply to your delivery destination outside of Australia.

Tracking:
All orders receive a tracking number allowing you to track your order during the shipment process.

Important Note:
M1200 is not liable to pay any duties and/or import - customs taxes that may be issued by the destination country receiving a purchased artwork.

M1200 will not be accountable and/or liable for artworks that are lost during international shipment. 

Colour Representation:
Although we endeavour to represent the truest colours of our actual products on screen, the nature of digital computer screens and phones means exact colours may vary.

All images used on this website are the property of M1200 and must not be reproduced without expressed written permission. Any unauthorised reproduction will result in legal proceedings.

Import Duties & Taxes:
M1200 is not liable to pay any of the buyers international import taxes or duties associated with the purchase and delivery of the artwork/s to the destination country. The buyer assumes all responsibility for these possible costs. We recommend speaking with your local customs department is you are concerned about any artwork import taxes or duties associated with the purchase of an artwork from this website.

Payments:
All payments are taken in Australian Dollars ($AUD), and are charged at the current exchange rate. 

Privacy/Security:
A buyer's information is 100% secure and is not shared with the seller. None of your information can be used outside of this site and credit card details are not collected. 

Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. Items must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.
